Dr. Cheryl Rhoads, psyd, mft 21788 Psychotherapy for individuals, couples and other seekers of...
who I am

I have 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and groups who wish to make their lives and relationships more vital, satisfying and reflective of their core values.

My style of therapy is interactive and supportive and geared toward helping clients increase awareness and gain insight into feelings, thoughts, and behavior patterns that contribute to current difficulties, unhappiness, and dissatisfaction.

During the course of therapy clients are helped to connect with and build on existing strengths, develop new self-care strategies and move toward becoming freer, more authentic, self-aware and self-accepting.
